At Zendrive, managed projects and customer success initiatives for insurance companies in the EMEA region delivering telematics-based solutions. As a project manager, responsibilities included defining Statements of Work (SOW), creating project plans, scheduling, coordinating SDK integration with customer apps, and, in some cases, developing the app itself. The delivered solution enabled end customers to install an SDK that analyzed driving behavior and generated a driver score, allowing users to qualify for discounts on car insurance policies. Ensured seamless handoff of projects to the support team before launch.
In the post-launch phase, served as a Customer Success Manager, leading business reviews, conducting customer health analysis, evaluating Net Promoter Scores (NPS), and driving adoption strategies. Responsibilities included defining project scope in collaboration with the operator's engineering team, negotiating execution plans and schedules with regional managers, and overseeing all aspects of project planning, scheduling, risk management, communication, control, and final acceptance. Ensured seamless handoff of completed projects to the support team. Over the years, led network expansions to accommodate subscriber growth and technology upgrades. Also directed the implementation of the Diameter network, enabling advanced signaling capabilities to operate alongside SS7, supporting the operator's modernization strategy.
Call Center Infrastructure Deployment for a Leading Mobile Operator in Brazil
